1. Reporting illegal content (Digital Services Act)

You can report content and behaviour that is illegal or violates our terms of service – e.g. insults in chat, hate speech, cheating or fraudulent accounts. We review every report promptly and take appropriate action (removal, warning, suspension).

3. Reporting channels

Please state: affected content/game, username, reason for the report and, if possible, a point in time. A report does not automatically lead to removal; we assess each individual case.

4. Appealing decisions

You can appeal a decision about your report or a measure imposed on you by e-mail to the provider (internal complaint). In addition, out-of-court dispute resolution bodies and legal recourse are available.

5. Transparency

As a small platform we do not publish legally required transparency reports, but we keep internal statistics on reports and measures.
